On Wednesday June 23rd 2021, we held the 13th symposium of the NeuroTechnology Center at Columbia University: NanoNeuro 2021. This was a multidisciplinary symposium at the crossroads of the nanoscale and neural sciences and was organized by the NeuroTechnology Center at Columbia University and the Donostia International Physics Center (DIPC), supported by the Kavli Foundation.
Due to Covid-19, this symposium was online. The recording is now available on the NTC’s YouTube channel!
The symposium featured talks from leaders in both nanoscience and neuroscience and covered topics ranging from novel imaging techniques to the development of nanomaterials to aid in neural growth and repair. We hope that this multidisciplinary meeting of the minds helped foster scientific cross pollination and expanded the horizons of both disciplines and beyond.
