Ken Shepard is a Professor of Electrical Engineering, and Co-PI of the NeuroTechnology Center (NTC) at Columbia University. He has extensive experience in CMOS design and nanofabrication for neural recording and stimulation and will coordinate the nanotechnology thrust.
